The NGO Darpan (NGO-PS) is a portal offered by the NITI Aayog, NGOs that are registered on NGO Darpan are often eligible to apply for various government schemes and funds that are aimed at supporting development and welfare initiatives in India.

CLOSURE PROCEDURE

 

NGO Darpan certificate can be cancelled voluntary by following below steps:

 

  1. Logn in to Niti Aayog with your credentials
  2. CEO/Secretary/President of the NGO will submit an application to Niti Aayog requesting cancellation of certificate with reasons
  3. After receiving the application, the Niti Aayog will review the request and verify that all the criteria are met for cancellation.
  4. On satisfaction, Niti Aayog will issue a formal cancellation order
  5. The organization will no longer be eligible for further grants
