Udyam Registration or MSME Registration is the process for registering MSME (micro, small and medium enterprises) launched by the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, it replaced the earlier Udyog Aadhar Memorandum (UAM) system

ANNUAL RETURN:

 

Udhyam registration does not impact the filing of Income Tax Returns, ITR has to be filed based on business income

 

 

Due date of filing

Category Due date
Individual & non-audited business 31st  July of every F.Y.
Audited business 30TH September of every F.Y.

 

CLOSURE PROCEDURE:

You can cancel you registration by following process:

 

  1. Visit Government portal https://udyamregistration.gov.in
  2. Login in to your account
  3. Click on cancel the registration and type the reason
  4. Wait for the confirmation till 7-10 days
